Our Story

Craig Nenke founded Nenke Consulting in 2017 after an extensive and successful career in corporate leadership and consulting.

The idea to create the business came primarily from Craig identifying that while many business owners wanted change, gaps existed in how they were trying to navigate their way through.

Larger organisations sometimes lacked access to the internal expertise required to manage the digital change process, while smaller businesses simply could not move forward with technology change due to limited resources.

This became the driving force for Craig establishing Nenke Consulting to act as a partner in digital change with businesses.

Craig has since partnered with a range of businesses and organisations: from sole proprietors needing support or mentoring to guide and strengthen their growth plans to large corporates, or government departments with whom he has delivered extensive change programs.

By incorporating existing change and project management methodologies, Craig has created a unique approach he calls “The Sixteen Factors of Change Success”. His approach is largely pragmatic: for a change process to succeed, managing the effect of change on the people in the business is critical. This can conflict with what must be done for the overall good and growth of the business.

Sensitively and objectively navigating between these key aspects of change is what Craig does best.

Having consulted with large corporates and now a small business owner himself, Craig understands the constraints of time, scope, cost and quality, and how they relate to all changes, no matter how big or small.
